When registering, register with your full legal first and last name, exactly how it appears on your medical license.  Keep in mind, only licensed physicians practicing within Tarrant, Parker, Johnson, Hood and Denton Counties are eligible to log on and cast their votes. Patients, friends and office staff members are not eligible to participate. Deadline to vote is October 29th, 2022 at midnight.
